I am a senior clinical nutritionist at a Boston-area hospital. I counsel patients and teach employees about nutrition through a hospital-wide wellness program. I also write nutrition articles and adapt recipes to make them healthier for the program.
Occasional Freelancer
I have written a biweekly food column for the South End News called The Savored End. The Savored End was created to focus on eating locally, with the hope of inspiring a little more savoring—of both food and life.
I have also had a chapter in a medical nutrition therapy book, a recipe in The Boston Globe, and an article in edibleBoston.
Writing—particularly about food—is my passion. For a list of some of my food and nutrition-related involvements, please click here.
Master of Gastronomy
I have a Master of Liberal Arts in Gastronomy from Boston University, blending the science and art of eating through a holistic vantage.
